Well, our Boss, babybenx33 lvled up when hunting for ginseng concentrated at ginseng jar. As for your info, it was not dropped there......I mean it drops in pirate pq.
Our member, Qcute had just being promoted to the rank, Supervisor(which assist the jr.masters).

Lvl up!
Our manager, MusicLuvur juz lvled to lvl 51, he went for orbis pq but everyone treated him like an idiot.
He went mad and train in deadmine. *ended up dead.
Isn't he noob??
